But if you're interested in knowing where you can get the most out of it in the first year, we've analyzed the figures to identify the 10 best consulting firms with undergraduate consulting salaries. As in our MBA rankings, we determined these rankings of the best consulting firms based on the possible total compensation you could receive in the first year of study.
We define total compensation as the base salary, the signature bonus and the performance bonus. Before you're blown away by the numbers, keep in mind that only 5 to 10% of the best players will receive the maximum performance bonus, and most consultants will receive half of the maximum amount.
